On Tuesday, June 24th the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office released the name of the victim in Sunday night’s deadly shooting. Jason Charles Reuter, age 34 of Hastings, was found dead shortly before 10 p.m. on Sunday, June 22nd after Hastings Police responded to a call of shots fired in the 1200 block of Eddy Street. When officers arrived they discovered Reuter in the front yard of the residence at 1226 Eddy Street. Hastings Police Chief, Bryan Schafer, has more details.
