On Sunday, August 10th at 8:54pm an individual was leaving the Dairy Queen parking lot, in Prescott, and forgot to turn on their headlights. This simple violation turned into something more, as police pulled the vehicle over to address the headlight issue. Prescott Police Chief, Gary Krutke, with the details.
