On Monday, September 29th, Joseph Michael Hernandez, age 33, was fleeing from Dakota County Sheriffs. Hernandez had 3 felony warrants out for his arrest. The warrants were for theft of a motor vehicle out of Goodhue, and Ramsey Counties, plus one for a burglary out of Dakota County.
