A final development agreement for the Hudson building is expected in the spring of 2015. Confluence Development unveiled a revised concept plan for the facility at the December 11th meeting of the Hastings Economic Development and Redevelopment Authority. 62 apartment units, a restaurant, banquet facility, retail, and artists spaces are part of the proposal. In mid January the Met Council is scheduled to approve a 980,000 dollar grant for the development of the outdoor park and landscaping improvements.
