Another weekend and another big win for the Hastings Varsity Show Choir. All three performance groups of the Hastings Show Choirs participated in the Onalaska Invitational on Saturday. The junior or prep division, represented by Divaz and Upstage Revolution, resulted in a 3rd place trophy won by Upstage, under the first year direction of Michelle Braun. In the Varsity Division, Riverside Company took another top prize for their presentation in addition to receiving the best choreography award, best vocals award and best back up band. The choirs continue their schedule with competition for Riverside on January 30th in Nebraska followed by all choirs traveling to LaCrosse Logan High School on Valentine’s Day, February 14th.
