The Hastings City Council was updated on the Sidewalk Cafe approval process at their regular meeting on April 20th. The process was set in motion when Bella Vista and other downtown establishments expressed a desire to provide sidewalk seating for their customers. Hastings City Administrator Melanie Mesko Lee addressed the council.
MeskoLee went on to give the council staff’s recommendation for the next steps in the process.
