The Hastings City Council has passed a resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a MNDOT Delegated Contract Process Agreement. The agreement allows the City to use the delegated contract process for federal aid projects. The process streamlines the reimbursement, inspection, documentation and closure of federal aid transportation projects. The City proposes to use the DCP agreement for the 2016 Vermillion River Greenway Regional Trail project that is currently being designed and moved through MNDOT review.
