KDWA Sports broke the news this summer, that Wisconsin High School Basketball will be going from a four-quarter format, to a two-half format, very similar to Minnesota, beginning this season. Also, with changes in the non-contact period, thing are really looking up for the Cardinals Boys and Girls programs.
