Hastings Country Club has been Sold

In breaking news, there are new owners for the Hastings Country Club. Newly appointed General manager, Todd Crane announced the sale late Wednesday listing the purchase price of 3.8 million for the club and golf course. Crane, who at one time served as president of the club revealed that the new owners are, St. Paul based All Pro Holdings, LLC, a group of private investors. The plan is to open the golf course to the public, with the intention to reopen the club again for events such as weddings, banquets and other ocassions.
The new owners , who plan to rename the property The Dakota Pines Golf Course, will reopen in spring as a semi-private club with public use available for a daily fee. The dining room will also reopen, however, the menu will be more casual and paired with a full bar. While this comes as good news to many, the business model will continue with the property as a golf course as long as the numbers reflect support. No word on what may be done should that not happen.
