More information was disclosed at the Monday night planning commission meeting on the potential purchasers of a small piece of city land located at 11th and Vermillion Street. A letter of intent was received that would place some type of food based business with a total of two tenants at the location once sought after by a large gas station franchise. No word yet on the name of the business or the potential owner. In other property development, another meeting will take place to discuss updates on the plans for the new clinic building that will be located west of WalMart on Highway 55.
