More details have been released in the story we first brought to you Monday August 15 about a boater finding a male body in the Mississippi. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office released today that the victim has been identified as 32 year old Nyadue Jock and he was homeless at the time of his death. Dispatchers received a call from a boater late Monday afternoon reporting the finding of a body in the Mississippi River just South of Hidden Harbor Marina in St. Paul Park. The cause of death is still under investigation by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner but no obvious signs of trauma were found.
