NEWS UPDATE:A statement provided on Thursday morning from Communications Director Terry Dresen of Allina Health, confirmed that President of Regina Hospital, Thomas Thompson, suffered a heart attack recently and is now on medical leave. The official statement relayed that Thompson is doing well and all schedules and events including the lighting of the Regina Foundation Tree of Lights will continue as planned,with senior staff stepping in to fulfill the needs until his return.
