The 2016-17 Winter Sports Season in the Tri-County Area came to a conclusion on Saturday in Madison, at the Kohl Center, where the Prescott Cardinals Boys Basketball Team played in their first-ever State Championship Game, but fell to undefeated Xavier, 73-47, to wrap up a wonderful 24-4 campaign.
