MnDot announces a lane closure on Highway 61 that will cause delays for those traveling this week. Roadwork on Highway 61 will cause the closure of one lane in the north and in the southbound lanes. The reduction may cause backups at peak times that may involve Vermillion Street before the northbound approach to the bridge as well as the Highway 10 intersection traveling southward. The work is scheduled for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday or until the unspecified project is completed.
