Breaking News Tuesday Night- Republican Denny McNamara was endorsed by his party on the first ballot during a meeting held Tuesday evening. McNamara hopes to return to public service as he seeks the Senate seat vacated by the resignation of DFL Dan Schoen. The special election will be held on Februrary 12th. McNamar served 14 years in the Minnesota House of Representatives, retiring in 2016.
