Several aspects of the new Spiral Brewery are new to the downtown, from the micro-brewing done onsite, to the front window performance stage, nearly every part of the recently completed venue offers a new perspective. Owner Nick Fox explains how a community mission will mean that SB guests enjoying their LeDuc Red IPA or a Townie brew, will also be served by local restaurants.
