Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom talked to KDWA about Amanda Leann Schlachter 29 of Apple Valley who was charged on April 2nd for one count of Criminal Vehicular Homicide and three counts of Criminal Vehicular Operation resulting in Substantial Bodily Harm in connection with a fatal crash that took place on April 6th of 2013.
Backstrom tells us that there have been charges like this before but not particularly of this kind.
