On Tuesday, May 6th, Mark Vaughan, announced that he will be running for a an At Large seat, on the Hastings City Council. The two current seats that will be up for election are held by Barb Hallenbach who announced on KDWA radio that she will not be runnig for another term and Ed Riveness who is filling out the term that was vacated by Mike Slavick who went on to fill the seat as First District Dakota County Commissionor. Vaughan explains why he decided to run for City Council.
