Art Goes Quackers is an event that children ages 10 to 16 are invited to the Pleasant Hill Library on Thursday, June 19 at 2 p.m. They will use duct tape to design a pouch, a wallet, a wrist cuff, ring or bracelet using a variety of colors of duct tape. This class is presented by ArtStart and there is no charge for the event, but registration is required. To register, call the library at 651-438-0200.
