Hastings Family Aquatic Center Opens Saturday

It has been a week since the Hastigns Family Aquatic Center had to close to conduct necessary repairs. On Saturday, June 28 at noon, the pool will be re-opened. The problems with the pool were caused by 3 broken pipes that supply water to the play structure, one broken fitting in the pool water return line, as well as failed caulking and concrete in the pool water gutters. According to Parks and Rec Director, Chris Jenkins, after all of the repairs were completed, they have been holding water better than anticipated.
