As KDWA reported last week, the Guardian Angels Church has been purchased by Sarah and Travis Lockwood for conversion to the Hastings Arts Center. Work on the building begins this week. KDWA spoke with Community Development Director John Hinzman about the project and started off with a little history on the property.
Hinzman continues with some specifics on how the property was purchased and what part the city played in the sale.
