Newly re-elected Mayor Paul Hicks and new At-Large councilmembers Lori Braucks and Mark Vaughan were sworn in on Monday at the first City Council meeting of the year. Mayor Hicks expressed his gratitude and enthusiasm for being chosen to lead the city for another four years.
