A recent article in a Metro paper deemed that School District 200, including Hastings, was racially isolated. We asked Superintendent Tim Collins for his response to the article which contrasted the Rosemount and Hastings districts and how the school viewed such an interpretation.
Collins went on to address the state’s criteria for identifying schools as isolated.
