The Minnesota Department of Transportation gave an informal presentation to the Hastings City Council at its regular meeting on March 16th. MnDOT South Area Planner Jon Solberg talks about the benefits of adding a second left-turn lane on eastbound Highway 55 at 61.
Solberg also talked about a possible timeline for the project.
