The Hastings City Council was asked to approve a house move and site plan for the proposed relocation of a pre-existing 4-plex onto a vacant lot at 2975 Riverwood Drive. The Hastings Planning commission previously recommended approval. Community Development Director John Hinzman explained the proposal to the council.
The Council voted unanimously to approve the move and site plan.
