Two people are in serious condition following a collision between a minivan and semi truck on Highway 3 in Dakota County. Public Information Officer for the Minnesota State Patrol, Lt. Tiffani Schweigart recounts the accident.
All of the occupants in the van were wearing seat belts and its airbags did deploy.
