In the last Hastings City council meeting of 2015, a wide variety of issues were on the agenda . One of those receiving further explanation was the proposed annexation of the Conzemius Dairy farm located west of Walmart and extending from 4th Street on the North to Hwy 55 on the South. John Hinzman introduced members of the medical community to explain the structure they would like to see on that site. New President of Allina Hospital, Tom Thompson, addressed the council briefly then turned to Chief of Staff, Dr. Kevin Best, to outline the function of the new building
