The wait is over. One of two of this year’s winners of the Minnesota Millionaire Raffle has stepped forward. Kelly Taylor of Welch, presented his winning ticket at the State Lottery office and is prepared to put his winnings to good use. He told Lottery officials that his New Years resolution was to be debt free by the end of the year. Looks like he will be one of the few who can say his resolution was successful. Tayor and his wife expressed several emotions while waiting for the reality to sink in, including shock, but will undoubtedly experience many more as they decide how this lucky ticket will change their lives. As an extra bonus, the River Country Coop in Miesville, where the ticket was purchased, will receive a $5,000 bonus.
