Some true blue members of the Dakota County Sheriff’s Department gathered at the 11th Annual South Metro Polar Plunge and along with 940 others, raised a tidy sum for Special Olympics. One of the coordinators, Jennifer Lenarz told me who is responsible for organizing the event.
