The Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce announced late Monday that the winning design for the 2016 Rivertown Days button has been won by Judy Shatek. The button captures the association that Hastings has with the river, which has been designated as a National Park. The celebration of the 100th year of Americas National Park System takes place in 2016 and the voting committee wanted to include the observance in the theme for this years festival which takes place on July 15th thru the 17th.
