Hastings Warren Connection Continues

An email from Principal Mike Johnson just before the Easter break confirms that the search for a replacement for Vocal Music Teacher Lin Warren has been completed and their selection is Luke Warren. Luke is the son of Lin and Kathy Warren. The 2003 graduate of Hastings High School will return to District 200 following a successful 7 year stint as the head choral director of St. Francis High School. Luke has also been named as the head show choir director and will lead varsity ensemble Riverside Company beginning next season. A panel of music educators from the district chose Warren from a list of 2 dozen applicants from 8 states. Principal Johnson expressed his thanks to all who were involved with the selection process and looks forward to the future of the Hastings music program with the energy and talents of Luke Warren.
