Prescott Area Fire EMS Meeting

The Prescott Area Fire and EMS Association will meet on Wednesday, May 9th at the Prescott FIre Hall, 260 Flora Street. Items on the agenda include a report for the EMS Director as well as a report from Fire Chief Lytle that will discuss an update from the Intergovernmental meeting on the subject of the proposed purchase of fire trucks. Also from the Chief, procedure to inventory rolling stock and other equipment planning, billing protocol for repeat false alarms and billing for single use or lost equipment. They will also hear from the Dive Team and have a report on Fire Inspection with regard to review inspection and billing cycle
The finance portion of the meeting will deal with current budget, cash balance, information from Insurance and collection resources for unpaid invoices and an opportunity from Andeavor Funds. In other business, board elections will be held, an item forwarded from the City Council concerning Diversified Manufacturing will be addressed, as will an update from a resident letter. They will then set the next meeting date. The meeting is also anticipated to draw elected officials that could constitute a quorum of the cities or townships involved. This is also a public meeting.
