A full agenda for the Prescott City Council on July 23rd included a concern brought to the council by Alderperson Maureen Otwell who shared her experience during a recent weekend on the north side of the city,
City Administrator Jayne Brand echoed Otwell’s example.
Otwell stated that she dialed 911 and made a complaint, but on Monday, she also learned something she did not know.
Discussion on the topic continued with Brand making a recommendation for future ride traffic.
Law enforcement may increase communication with the establishments in town to make sure the laws are obeyed
