The Hastings High School Track and Field Season is now underway, and Boys Head Coach Jason Koch joined KDWA’s Nick Tuckner to talk about early season preparation, getting the kids ready for meets, and what it takes to get there. The Raiders have also completed a few time trials, where last week, they were even able to get outside for some of the running events!
