The Hastings City Council deliberated a 3rd amendment to the Purchase Agreement between HEDRA and Confluence developers to extend the deadline for significant renovation to be completed on the Hudson Sprayer Building. Community Development Director John Hinzman gave some background.
He also explained the stipulations.
The Council approved the amendment by unanimous voice vote.
