On Thursday, September 26th, at approximately 1 AM, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a single vehicle crash with injuries on US Highway 10 near 330th Avenue in the Salem Township area of Ellsworth. A press release from the PCSO states that a Chevrolet S10, driven by 24-year-old Christopher Wolfe, of Menomonie, was traveling westbound on US Highway 10, when the driver lost control and the vehicle entered the north ditch causing a roll over. Wolfe was extricated from the vehicle and transported by Ellsworth Area Ambulance to the River Falls Area Hospital with undetermined injuries. The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by Ellsworth Area Ambulance and Fire Department.
