The Dakota County Sheriff’s Office reports that, due to a construction project, HWY 42 will be closed east of HWY 3 in Rosemount, at 5 AM on July 25th, to complete work on the railroad crossing. To detour around the construction area, please use HWY 46 to go east and West between HWY 3 and HWY 52. The road will reopen on the 28th at 6 AM.
