KDWA recently spoke with Hastings City Council Member Tina Folch about items upon which the City Council continues to work. One project that has been idled due to lack of complete funding is the Highway 316 Project, from Spiral Boulevard to Tuttle Drive.
There remains about a $1.2 million gap in funding.
