Absentee voting for the November 3rd General Election opens on Friday, September 18, and the City of Hastings reminds residents that absentee ballots will be available for pick up at City Hall, 101 4th Street East, or the Dakota County Administration Center, 1590 Highway 55, weekdays, between 8 AM and 4:30 PM. Ballots may be returned to the Absentee Voting Locations at City Hall, or the County Administrative Center. In Prescott, visit the City Hall at 800 Borner Street.
