November 3rd is quickly approaching, and the Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce is working to ensure voters have a clear picture of local candidate’s positions and visions for the seat they hope to attain. To that end, the Chamber is hosting a virtual candidate forum on September 15th. Chamber president Kristy Barse explains.
