United Way of Hastings welcomes Steve Glienke to the Board of Directors. Steve is the Chief Financial Officer at Intek Plastics in Hastings and has been with the company since 2003. Prior to Intek, Steve was the Controller and Logistics Manager for Satellite Industries, Inc., and the General Manager of a local construction supply company. Steve has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota. He has led numerous Lean Accounting workshops in the Twin Cities area. Steve joins the UWH Board of Directors leadership as Vice President and will assume the Presidency in 2021. Steve is currently leading the finalization of UWH?s vision and strategic plan. Executive Director Mari Mellick commented that Steve’s financial knowledge as well as experience in strategic planning will help UWH set its direction for the next 12-36 months.
