The City of Hastings is creating a People Movement Plan and is seeking your input. According to the City website, this plan will address the future of facilities that support non-motorized people movement through the development of a comprehensive city-wide bicycle and pedestrian network, building off of the existing network of sidewalks, trails, and on-street facilities.
