The City of Hastings has contracted with the National Research Center/Polco to conduct surveys of residents and business leaders. Postcards were mailed October 1st to representative sample groups of residents and business leaders who have been identified in each city ward or by the size of their business. Individuals will be asked to respond online to questions about their perceptions of the quality of life in the City and how the City of Hastings is meeting their needs. Additionally, questions about the impact of COVID-19 are included. Those who receive a postcard invitation are asked to follow the instructions on the postcard to complete the survey.
