ISD 200 has announced that the district is facing a budget deficit for the 2021-22 school year of approximately $1.4 to $1.9 million. The school board recently sent out a budget survey to district parents. School board chair Kelsey Waits commented on the meaning of the survey.
The School Board is considering cuts to technology and staff among other areas, but Waits assures families that no final decision has been made.
