By all accounts, Give to the Max Day, on November 19th resulted in a higher level of charity than was expected across the state, because of the impact COVID has had on the economy. Locally, Hastings Family Service surpassed their goal of $30,000 raised during “Give to the Max Day”. Amy Sutton shared the good news.
Donations included $5,500 in matching funds provided from Merchants Bank, Xcel Energy, and generous HFS donors.
