MN State Representative for District 54B, Tony Jurgens, is once again ready to introduce legislation at the State Capitol to declare Social Security benefits income for retired people exempt from taxation.
The bill would benefit nearly 358,000 Minnesotans who would see an average savings of nearly $1,100 each from the elimination of the taxes.
