On Friday, January 22, Hastings Administrative Services Director Julie Flaten submitted her resignation. Mayor Mary Fasbender commented on the news.
Julie has worked for the City for 13 years, and her duties have included overseeing human resources, finance, information technology, communications, and she also served as City Clerk, including elections. Her last day will be Friday, February 12.
