The Hastings City Council is asked to approve the appointment of Mr. Carl Bower and Mr. Scott Zuzek to the Parks & Recreation Commission effective Monday, February 1st. According to information provided to the Council, Bower and Zuzek were interviewed by a panel on Tuesday, January 26th, and the interview panel is pleased to recommend both candidates to fill the current commission vacancies. The approval request was placed on the Consent Agenda for the February 1st meeting of the City Council.
