The Hastings City Council heard a presentation on Monday evening regarding Dakota County’s plans for the Spring Lake Park Reserve. Senior Planner Lil Leatham provided the council with a broad overview of the project.
She also talked about the some of the reasons behind the project.
At the end of the presentation, City staff expressed excitement for the plans adding that the City looks forward to the outcome of the project.
