Another sure sign of spring in Hastings is local bars and restaurants preparing for outdoor dining. At the March 15th meeting, the Hastings City Council will be asked to consider renewal applications for sidewalk cafe with liquor license amendments for the 2nd Street Depot, the Lock & Dam Eatery and Spiral Brewery. Each of these establishments have submitted the required application and documents for the sidewalk cafe licenses with liquor license amendments renewals. A Sidewalk Cafe License Insurance and Indemnification Agreement will need to be signed before issuance of the renewal licenses. The renewals were placed on the Consent Agenda for the meeting.
